Canterbury Park is committed to making sure our guests enjoy our gaming opportunities in a responsible manner. While we recognize that the overwhelming majority of customers participate in our various forms of recreation responsibly, there are a very small proportion who do not.

Canterbury Park attempts to promote an atmosphere of responsible gaming and uses a variety of approaches to ensure this outcome, including self-exclusion policies, extensive employee training, and written procedures for recognizing and managing these issues. 

TAKING OUR RESPONSIBILITY SERIOUSLY

When the National Council on Responsible Gaming decided to host its annual convention in St. Paul, Canterbury Park became a co-title sponsor for the event. Along with supporting the National Council, Canterbury Park also has donated $40,000 in grants over the past three years to the Northstar Alliance, the National Council's local affiliate.
