This week the Minnesota Horsemen’s Benevolent and Protective Association recognizes Avery Prelesnik as Groom of the Week. The MNHBPA honors an individual that excels in their work with a Winners’ Circle presentation weekly following the first race on Wednesdays.
Trainer Tim Dixon is very aware and appreciative of all the great work Avery does for his barn. Tim says Avery is “incredibly dependable; she’s always on time, always working hard. She has a great attitude, always positive, always smiling.”
According to Dixon, Avery also has a special touch with horses. Her presence has a calming influence on them.
