Spring Tune-Up Satellite Handicapping Contest

Win entries to the the annual Dog Days of Summer Tournament and June 21 XpressBet online BCBC qualifier.

Entry fee $100.

Format:

Players will select one horse in each of TEN pre-selected races and will earn points based on a mythical $20 across the board wager. Entries, with all selections, must be submitted prior to the first contest race. No changes are permitted after the contest begins. Contest will begin at approximately 1pm central.

Points are capped as follows: 600 win; 400 place; 200 show. All selections must be submitted prior to post time of the first contest race. Entrants will receive the post time favorite should a scratch occur.
The 10 contest races selected from various tracks will be announced by March 20.

A maximum of EIGHT entries per person is allowed.

Order of contest finish will be determined by final scores and prizes will be awarded as follows:

1st) ONE Dog Days of Summer Handicapping Contest entry valued at $550. (Entry includes all fees and NHC Tour membership) and ONE June 21 XpressBet online contest entry valued at $500.

2nd) ONE Dog Days of Summer Handicapping Contest entry valued at $550. (Entry includes all fees and NHC Tour membership) and ONE June 21 XpressBet online contest entry valued at $500.

3rd) ONE Dog Days of Summer Handicapping Contest entry valued at $550. (Entry includes all fees and NHC Tour membership) and ONE June 21 XpressBet online contest entry valued at $500.

4th) ONE Dog Days of Summer Handicapping Contest entry valued at $550. (Entry includes all fees and NHC Tour membership) and ONE June 21 XpressBet online contest entry valued at $500.

An additional June 21 entry will be added at 47 entries, 52 entries, 57 entries, 62 entries and so forth and will be awarded by score. For example with 52 entries the fifth and sixth scores will receive one entry.

If there are more than 43 entries and fewer than 47, cash from those additional entry fees will be paid to fifth place finisher.
