Canterbury Park: Who would play you in a movie about your life?
Macy Illich: I would play myself and Leonardo DiCaprio would play my love interest. I don’t think I need to explain my choices.
CP: What accomplishment are you most proud of?
MI: Graduating from college. I went to NDSU! Go Bison!
CP: What’s something people might find surprising about you?
MI: I have lived in nine different cities!
CP: What’s your favorite part about working at Canterbury Park?
MI: I like the fun atmosphere. It never feels like you’re at work!
CP: If you could have a superpower, what would it be and why?
MI: I would want to read people’s minds so I could always know their true intentions.
CP: If you could be any animal, what would it be and why?
MI: I would want to be an otter because they are always goofing around and having fun with their friends. And they’re flipping adorable!
CP: What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever done?
MI: I haven’t done anything that crazy… but I cut my bangs really short one time. I probably looked crazy though!
CP: Do you have a secret talent no one knows about? What is it?
MI: Well, I’m only 5-foot-1 so I’m really good at climbing on things so I can reach high places.
